YouVersion Live!
The rumors are true! We now have a weekly "Live Event" that is hosted on YouVersion Bible!
"YouVersion Bible" is a free application available for most smart phones and mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, BlackBerry, Android, Windows Phone, Palm webOS, Kindle Fire) that can be downloaded from iTunes or the App Marketplace (or wherever applications for your mobile device are available). Each week, we upload our sermon notes, slides, and scriptures to YouVersion for public access. This allows us to further use and integrate technology into our reading and study of the Word of God.

To find us each week, follow these simple steps:
1) Open the YouVersion application on your mobile device.
2) Search for and click on the button for "Live".
3) In the search bar, type in "Fairfax Church of Christ" or our zip code (22033).
4) Click on our Live Event.
5) Follow along and enjoy the notes!
Each sermon "event" will be available Saturday through Tuesday of the following week of the sermon.
You also have the ability to email your notes to you each week. So you may consider creating a folder in your inbox called "Sermon Notes" -- then moving your notes into that folder each week.
What if I don't have a device like this?
NOTHING is available on YouVersion that is not available each week on the slides shown in our worship service, our bulletin, or our website. So if you do not have a mobile device with this capability, that is okay! You're not missing anything! This is just another resource that is available due to the technology out there today.
So whether you have a device like this, our prayer is that you would take notes and engage in God's Word daily. And if you do not have a device with this capability, our prayer is that you would take notes and engage in God's Word daily. That is our goal and prayer!
